10th Congress of Women's League of Burma conducted on 22-24 April 2019
၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ် ဧပြီလ ၂၂ ရက်နေ့မှ ၂၄ ရက်နေ့အထိ အမျိုးသမီးများအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ) သည် ဒဿမအကြိမ်မြောက်ညီလာခံကို ကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။

Along with Karen Women's Development Group, Kayin State Civil Society Organization Network, Generation Wave and over 400 women participants to Women's Forum for Peace from all across the country and WLB commemorated International Day of Peace on the 21st September 2017.
More than 400 representatives from all states and regions of Burma and various organizations attended and topics on Women, Peace and Security, Internally Displaced People and Refugees, Women and Peace Building were shared and discussed.
Building the WOMEN'S MOVEMENT will strengthen our cause for the genuine federal democratic union of Burma and gender equality to reach sustainable peace that we all have long been fighting for.

The 9th Congress of WLB was held on 16 – 17 March 2017, where secretariat team, policy board, representatives of all 13 member organizations and advisors attended and reviewed its strategies, policies and set work plans. The new three secretaries: General Secretary, Joint General Secretary I and Joint General Secretary II, were also elected from the candidates from 13 member organizations.
On August 14th to 17, WLB and The Salween Institute for Public Policy (SI) jointly organized federalism Workshop titled “ Designing Federalism: Self-determination, State Constitution and Division of Power” in Pyi Oon Lwin, attended by around thirty representatives from member organizations. The workshop was designed for women leaders who were actively engage in the current peace process.
On July 3-7, WLB’s organized “Peace Strategic Planning” in Chiang Mai attended by the Policy board members, the Advisory board member, secretariat office, Program coordinator.
